Bonjour à tous les francophones!  Je trouve que c'est plutôt tranquille côté "Cube Community" et je me demandais s'il y avait des événements de prévus? Sûrement que Nissan attend l'été, l'hiver n'est pas très approprié...

Parlant d'hiver, j'ai maintenant la plus grosse fissure dans mon pare-brise, causé par une mini roche qui a fait une petite fissure et le froid s'est chargé de faire traverser la fissure de gauche à droite de mon pare-brise.  Premier problème de mon petit Cube! Je pense bien attendre le printemps pour le faire réparer.

Sinon, pour les autres nouvelles, et bien, j'ai fait quelques shows avec mon band Mythical Number et bien sûr, on joue "My Cube" en expliquant l'historique de la chanson, ça fait toujours un petit clin d'oeil au Cube à chaque spectacle.  La chanson a toujours une très bonne réaction, je suis contente.

I was working as an extra on a movie last Friday and I was asked to use my Cube on the background for some scenes.

At the end of the day, there was a scene where the main actor passed right next to the Cube parked on the street and the camera was right on it.  So we will clearly see it on the screen.  It almost looks like product placement, kinda like if Nissan had paid the movie production to have the Cube there lolll

I don't know when the movie comes out, it's called "Equity" I think.

WOW, the last months have been so crazy for me.  At least, with winter coming, things are gonna slow down a little bit and I will be able to realize what happened.  Still busy with MYTHICAL NUMBER, next week end, on October 24, we will sing the American and Canadian National Anthems at the Olympic Stadium for the Monster Spectacular.  And we are working hard to prepare our show on November 28 at the Cabaret Juste Pour Rire in Montreal.

I've been doing a lot of movie shootings too as an extra and I got some small roles too.  Winning the Cube kinda brought all kinds of opportunities for me, not related to the Cube, but it's like a new abondance.

I love the pictures you took of your Cubes.  I can't believe it will be covered with snow soon, it breaks my heart! :P LOL  By the way, I have to buy winter tires and it's gonna cost about 900$ ! I want to cry! ...... !!!  But I want the best for my car!  I even only put Supreme gaz in it... :P

Est-ce que c'est juste moi ou le Cube semble attirer beaucoup de femmes de 40 ans et plus?  Je vois pourquoi Nissan voulait donner les Cubes a des gens créatifs, artistques mais des jeunes surtout.  Pour attirer une autre clientèle.  Il y a quand même plusieurs hommes qui m'ont parlé de comment ils aimaient le Cube et même un dernièrement qui m'a demandé ce que je pensais de mon nouveau Cube et d'en faire une critique parce qu'il avait l'intention d'en acheter un.

Je n'avais rien à dire de négatif.  J'adore ma voiture!  La seule chose que je ne semble pas avoir compris encore c'est pourquoi le côté passager n'a pas d'appui-bras..... ?  Trop bizarre... Je me dis que c'est sûrement pour garder le concept d'assymétrie de la voiture.

Last week end, I went to visit my family and friends in my home town Sorel to show them my new Car. The funniest thing happened; I actually met Francis Lévesque, an Cube winner from Sorel, on the road. Well, I saw the exact same car as mine so I knew it was him.  I doubt that there is a lot of people so far who bought an Ocean Blue Cube! lol  We were driving one behind the other on the street.  You all know how much the Cube attracts attention on the road... So imagine 2 Cubes! lol
Francis stopped his car so we could chat a little and he had the biggest smile on his face, he looked really happy also with his new baby :):)  Who wouldn't be!
I should have taken a picture... Anyways, it's just a little cool moment I wanted to share with you :)
 
By the way, my family loved my Cube and finally, it became real to them.  Before that, they thought it was science fiction ! :P

I was starting to worry... But why? I have no idea! Some other winners didn't receive their Cube yet so I wasn't the only one.  But yesterday, all this adventure became true. Even at the dealership, when the director of sales was showing me my Cube and describing all the options, I couldn't really believe that this car was mine.  I felt like it was borrowed to me for the day... lol
I love it, it's all cute and it's really smooth.  For once, I don't feel like my car is gonna explode when I'm driving it! lol My first NEW car and I didn't even pay for it. WOW! How cool is that? :)
