Counting down the weeks to the premire of the TV show "Pure Pwnage" (pronounced Ownage). This was perhaps the best experience I've ever had on a show. They have started a video production blog, check it out

I can't remember when I last blogged fully so....

Took the kids to Disney world for halloween Yaaaay!!! Lost my video camera in Tommorrowland Boooooo!!!

Came back to work on a fabulous show called Pure Pwnage Yaaaaay!!!! Shot primarily in Hamilton Boooooo!!!

They loved my hypercube so much they wanted to use it as a hero vehicle Yaaaaay!!!! But had an issue with clearance so they cut around it Booooo!!!! 

It snowed Booooo!!!! 

I'm now in negotiations with a small indie feature to use my FX company Yaaaaay!!!! To be shot in Grand Valley Booooo!!!! 

It's snowing again Boooooo!!!!

Now I'm working on my newest short film while I'm off waiting for my next job.

Oh yeah, and got voted in as VP of lighting for the union, I know it doesn't matter to most people but it's kinda cool for me. Yaaaayy!!!

Busy month... haven't had time to breathe... 

First, 

Headed down south for a week to take the girls to Disney World. That was freakin awesome. took many pics along the way. The unfortunate part about it was I lost my video camera at the Mouse House so I'm going to have to use footage from my sisters camera to make the video, that will take a while. But here are some pics to tide you over of the Cubie on Daytona Beach.

We also got some great pictures as we drove through the Appalachians.

Crazy week, this week. Started work at 1200 noon on friday SFX for a new dance movie which will be awesome featuring the worlds best Parkour team. 1 Hour shuteye in the cube then back on a second show called "Living in your Car" (seriously). Slept allot in the Cube this week and gotta tell you not bad at all, slept in the back seat reclined all the way with an Apple box for my feet.

Hey, I don't want to be a spoil sport here but, after all the hard work we (all 500 cubists) did in this competition why is it that one of the winners is holding his own contest to give away his Cube? 

If you didn't want it, why enter the contest in the first place?

I could think of a lot of other contestants who put a HUGE amount of effort in to win the Cube. Those people are more deserving, to me, because they really needed a car and or were passionate about the Cube. They would be better Cube ambassadors because they would never give their Cube away.

Am I the only one who feels that this could negatively reflect on the community as a whole? I understand that this "new" contest does not break any rules I just feel it's in Bad taste.

Drove out to see some old friends at a Photo studio yesterday and stumbled across a big pile of Tungsten lights they were getting rid of. Like in the dumpster getting rid of. So I asked if I could take them and they were delighted to load up the Cube and send me on my way. Holy crap, I now own 2 10' 2k Solarspots, 5 2k Bambino's and 4 1k Babies. If I re-bulb some of them with 650w g22's I'll have a perfect spread. And hopefully they'll decide to get rid of their Pups, Inkies and Tweenies as well soon. : )
