left chicago really late Sunday afternoon after checking out the Chicago Art Institute, picking up some awesome portfolio cases at Blick's art store, and then catching the Final World Cup Match. 4pm is not usually a great time to leave on a road trip....! meant to drive all night, made it as far as Albert Lea, MN.  It was raining and we all slipped into sleepiness.  The Super 8 was fine for a night, but so glad we camped the rest of the way!  Great stops in madison, Wisconsin for dinner at Ella's Kosher Deli.   Lite up like a lake side las vegas with carousel rides with animated cartoon robots inside.  Hard place to describe.  An ice cream parlor with endless menu of cabbage rolls, kosher meats, pickles and my favorite....cheeseburger in Paradise SOUP! it was literally like a cheesburger in a soup.  bart simpson flying by over head while sucking on a milkshake.  I love wisconsin. Picked up my favorite local beer New Glarus Brewing Company [only available in WI] With names like Cabin Fever, The spotted Cow, and Naked.  Great brew.
