I am currently working with Canadian Artist Dean Drever (who's work is pictured above: this is currently in the Toronto Sculpture Garden). It is interesting working for an artist, especially as an artist myself. I really enjoy the talking about conceptual and visual elements. I also like wrking on physical work, no computers, all hands on. I've done alot of that in the past for various TV shows (Food Jammers etc.) and for museums (American Museum of Natural History). Anyways we are now working toward a gigantic stainless steel bear, 16 ft long.

His work is pretty cool. He is of the Haida Gwaii First Nation and his work uses the icons of his heritage combined with the language of violence. I would suggest you go down to the Toronto Sculpture garden and check out these bears that are currently on display.

Pass this installation everyday to and from work. It's pretty cool. I agree, check it out. King and Church (ish) I believe.
