First Service

Well, 3 months of fun and we're due for our first service Friday.

Basically it will be an oil change, the rear door handle recall and I will have them look at the back brakes. The rear brakes are squealing pretty loudly. Has anyone experienced that with their car?

I also broke the rear window washer nozzle while washing it last month. I smacked it good with the brush. So if you're like me and use the coin wash be careful around that little thing. It can only stand so much abuse. ;-)

No problems with the brakes - just have found surface rust all over the car. I have taken it in and they compounded it, but it has come back again. I wasn't sure if anyone else has had this problem. I have a white cube and I met another lady with a white one as well and she also is having this rust problem and my car is only 5 months old.
Still loving the cube tho- great car!!!!

Are you in Canada? I am not sure if there is a difference in the cube. I have also noticed small rust like spots on my green cube and have been told that it is from brake dust. My car is 7 months old. Where is the rust on your car?

My Cube is a 2010 modle. It has surface rust all over it too.It's a white one.
I haven't called the dealer yet but i guess i will soon.
Cube was bought in Dec. 2010 and has 8000 KLMs on it.
So far i have found the dealer OUTSTANDING ! Hope this continues.
