sending unit
I first want to say I love my cube! I have had to have the sending unit replace because of really poor fuel milage. I was hopeing that this would fix the problem but no such luck. I live in a warm area of canada the the kelowna bc area so it doesnt get very cold here, in fact we have had a really mild winter almost no snow and hasnt froze much. My cube has 6,000 km on it and I am told to wait until after 10000 and it will get better. I hope so because I am only getting between 250 and 300 km per tank of fuel. (no idleing to warm up)
Anybody else haveing this problem or now what to do for it?

Any one think about trying these tires? What do you think http://tires.canadiantire.ca/...13 weeks 5 days ago

Hey, when you brought it back to get the sending unit replaced, was it covered under warranty. My cube has over 18,000 on it now, and I'm only getting about 400kms per tank. When I first got it I was getting about 600+. I do have winter tires on it, but it shouldn't lower my kms that much. I was wondering what everyone else is getting km wise per tank. Should I be concerned about it being that low?
Yes they did cover it but they were not happy about it because it is under 10,000 km. It has not made a difference for me for intown driving which is what I do the most of. I dont have winter tires on and i am only getting just over 300km per tank...... I really like my car but I bought a small car for fuel economy and this is less than my ford f150 gets. Nissan will not even look at it again until 10,000 km so hopefully they will be able to figure it out by then.
